OBS-Studio 27.0.1 for Porteus
Hi all!
If any of you are interested in live streaming or video recording, then you will find in this software an excellent tool to do so.
I did only simple tests to check if it is working ok. You will need glibc-33 installed to have success. This is the last version to date.
Enjoy!

Porteus is proud of the FASTEST KDE ever made.....(take akonadi, nepomuk and soprano out and you will have a decent OS).

I have glibc-2.33-x86_64-3 installed, but that is glibc not glib and it is version 2.33 not 33.

Cheers!

OBS-Studio 27.0.1 for Porteus
hi Farid the porteus way to install software: you have to convert the txz or tgz to xzm that is the standard porteus packages so when you have a package to convert, terminal sudo thunar password toor right key on mouse and choose txz2xzm when the package is ready you have to put in modules directory and activate it or reboot the system.

Or, if you only use it occasionally, create a different folder, e.g. /mnt/sda2/Porteus_modules/ , put your modules in there. Activate it manually.
(When you have e.g. porteus 4.0, 5.0, i586, x86-64 when you want to have subdirectories in your /mnt/sda2/Porteus_modules/
e.g.
Code: Select all
/mnt/sda2/Porteus_modules/5.0
/mnt/sda2/Porteus_modules/4.0
/mnt/sda2/Porteus_modules/4.0i586
Cheers!
