No Download possible

Hi.

My normal Language is german, i tried to wirte in english and hope you unterstood me.

in a Magazin i found an artikel over Porteus-Kiosk system. Yes this is a system i want for special activity (e.g.: surf station for my guest or banking)
So i tried to download the kiosk-system and build my own kiosk.
It works - but i have at the moment only one Problem. If i open a website and there is something to download (e.g a pdf) the dialog where i can choose open or save to - does not appear!
the same thing happen, when the pdf is display and i want to save them - nothing happen.

is this normal or with setting i have to change?

update:

i found in the polish subforum a topic with more or less the same problem...

There is the solution the "run_command=" for chrome
which one is the solution for firefox browser?

Porteus Kiosk variant "Cloud" has unblocked downloads. Please check if it will work ok for this purpose.
