it uses the same webengine/ui as chrome, chromium, opera ..etc ..so is as chunky..

@ncmprhnsbl no one could explain it better... Personally I could say that Vivaldi rendering still open source because its the same Chromium but with a container proprietary which with a little clean up, deleting the bookmark, change your Search engine and adding an ad-block extension it's quite nice.

Vivaldi 3.0 now is built-in Ad blocker.

Hi evergreen,
the module cannot be activated.

I repeated the download a few times (!)
but always the same error:

I tried using terminal to activate the download and it failed. When I went to delete the download via GUI and clicked on it I activated it via the GUI and it worked!! Clicking on the Menu > Internet > Vivaldi link opened it.
