I'm using Shotcut video editor https://www.shotcut.org/download/ I made the module with dependencies:

and to Shotcut v18.09.15 https://yadi.sk/d/v0EjIdHlHjs4-w everything worked. After update to 18.10.08 I made similary module plus another dependencies:

but it not work! Any help?

Porteus 4.0 XFCE x86_64 kernel 4.19

Update

I found missing elements from the puzzle. It was lib64wrap0-7.6-48.mga7 and for v18.11.18 libselinux-2.8-alt1.x86_64.
Now latest Shotcut is working.
