Look at the formatting of the entries in LIBS.TXT
I have. A single line for the file, a new single line for dependencies, a blank line if no dependencies, and a blank line at the end.
...it has to be a single new line, not added behind an existing one.
Yup, understood and I will check that. And if it's not I will fix it or restore from the backup file.
It is a dirty "hack" to insert zoom-linux-3.5.352596.0119-x86_64-1_slonly.txz into the LIBS.TXT file
so that USM can download it.
That's why i wrote "not recommended"
Yup. Understood. Not recommend, not impossible, and may solve a problem for a user, and may tweak someone's interest in trying something new. (BTW I don't remember what or who but I think I've done this before, tweaked a LIBS.TXT, but via GUI rather than terminal.)
But yes, your post convinced me not to mention this "hack" in the future.
Relax
don. It's not a life or death thing to try. And can be reversed by restoring the backup file.
echo xcb-util-image-0.4.0-x86_64-2.txz, xcb-util-keysyms-0.4.0-x86_64-2.txz >> /var/usm/slackonly/LIBS.TXT

don't do this - not needed - makes no sense.
Your prior posting implied they were needed and if they aren't USM won't include them. So no big deal.
So, relax. Have something to drink (alcoholic type) and stay safe.
