Hello,
I am wondering if anybody is running Porteus on VMWare. I do it because I want to virtualize several servers running Linux and then be able to manage from a single location.
My question is, how do I mount a VMWare Shared Folder in Porteus? I have already installed the VMWare tools and they seem to be working for Copy/paste and Drag/Drop. But I can't get the file share to work. I am running the command below...
mount -t vmhgfs .host:/Share /home/guest/Share
Error: cannot mount filesystem: No such device
If anybody out there has experience with VMWare I would appreciate some ideas.

I don`t think the linux kernel supports vmhg file system...as of today I mean.
Porteus is proud of the FASTEST KDE ever made.....(take akonadi, nepomuk and soprano out and you will have a decent OS).
