PDF viewer popup windows to second screen

New features which should be implemented in Porteus Kiosk Edition and the kiosk wizard.

Is there a way to direct a popup chrome window containing a PDF to the second screen?

This is an interesting demand. There must be a way to get any software to popup to the preferred screen in dual display. This is a call for the developpers, unless we beat them with google. ;)
