We all know that NetworkManager has been updated and now Slackware has a build of the 1.6 version: http://ftp.slackware.com/pub/slackware/ ... 6_64-1.txz
I tried to create a xzm module from it, but after rebooting, my network doesn't work. Inside console if you type 'nmcli' you can see a message telling that a plugin is missing. Any idea?
BTW, anyone wondering about nm-applet (NetworkManager GUI), the new version is working out of the box: http://forum.porteus.org/viewtopic.php?f=49&t=6661

Re: How to update NetworkManager?
Thanks, brokenman! Unfortunately I don't know anything about NetworkManager plugins. And also I thought that just simply creating a xzm module it would overwrite the old NetworkManager inside 001 during the boot.
