KDE Partition Editor is included in V1.0, in the 64-bit edition (in the application menu, under 'system').
It's not included in the 32-bit edition because it's a newer program and relies on kde-4 libraries.
Falcony's fidoslax repo has a version of gparted (0.4.3) that is 1.8MB and seems to run without any additional dependencies.
