hi Guys, having an issue copying files.
On the web site it says to copy the files I want to rootcopy folder. When ever I try to drag a file into the folder it tells me I do not have access to it.
I am booted to the KDE desktop 64 bit version on a USB key using the ext4 file system. I am tying to copy the files from another usb key to my porteus key.
I also trying copying files from my Mint PC to the Proteus key but is also says I do not have permission.
What I am i missing here?
Thanks!

That work for me thanks for the help.
Could I log out as guest and log back in as root? I have not tried that yet.

@patrickfromwork:
Sure that you can logout into root mode. There is also a cheatcode to log directly into root mode if you prefer.
It has to be inserted into the bootloader instructions.
I think that bogomips wanted to make sure that you knew what you were doing.
