When you post a message can I make it the first message and old be at the end? Why I ask cause my new message is all at the end of the topic and I want it first if it can?

yes you can:
go to User Control Panel> Board preferences> Edit display options> Display post order direction> change to 'Descending'

Edit: just noticed the bit at the bottom of each page where you can do this on the fly
