Hi Everyone!
I'm new to Porteus. I have installed it on an old HP Mini 5102 (2011 model) I'm loving how it is very lightweight and efficient compared to the OEM Windows Vista!
I don't need a lot of software, Chrome and LibreOffice cover 90% of my needs, but I do want to install MuseScore2. I have this program on my MacBook Pro, but I would really like to also have it on my 5102 as I do need it for when I am doing typesetting of music or some composing.
I cannot get it to install from AppImage file format. Any ideas or suggestions will be much appreciated.
Regards,
Martin

what architecture(32 or 64bit) and desktop are you using?

Re: MuseScore2 on Porteus?
ok.. good news
i'm on 64bit, so there might be some difference...
first make executable: (from terminal in same directory)
then
so..
(save the resulting xzm to /porteus/modules...unless maybe you are saving changes)
now MuseScore-2.0.3-x86_64.AppImage works here(just double click in filemanager)
