I'm using Porteus 3.1 Mate 64bit. Can anyone help me? What I want is the package or program name for these applications.

I just like Slackware because I think it teach you about Linux to build packages where Ubuntu is like Windows you just install programs you want.

If you look in /usr/share/applications, you'll find .desktop files, these will show you which application is linked to the menu entry.
You can also check /var/log/packages if you know the application name. It will take some searching, but the info is there.
