Hi
This proves I am a newbie to Porteus. Currently on XFCE 64 bit but it may also be relevant to other desktops or 32 bit users?
in your porteus/base from time to time you may find multiple fixes eg today I have
Code: Select all
pwd
/mnt/sda3/porteus/base
ls -al | grep fixes
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 36864 Oct 16 06:08 004-xfce_fixes-150124.xzm
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 114688 Oct 16 06:08 004-xfce_fixes-151003.xzm
Are they sequential fixes or independent fixes ....so I can delete the older version?
thanks in advance

They are independent fixes. You should include all of them. At the next release they will be merged into the base.
How do i become super user?
Wear your underpants on the outside and put on a cape.
