The thing is ... we don`t have a problem with spam here. The only spam I have removed recently, I am sure was created by humans.
How do i become super user?

Counterquestion. How can a newcomer prove that he is not spam? Not everyone on the forum are specialists and not everyone can answer difficult questions. You get banned for a little mistake!

Welcome markwin.
SPAMmers are people looking to advertise products; free to download, free to try and $$$ to actually use, or websites they created that are mostly ads.
If a newcomer doesn't do that they won't be considered a spammer but rather someone looking for help or offering help or just curious about something on the forum.
