Stuck on Porteus Kiosk installation at 'test home page'

Hi Everyone,

I am just in the process of installing the Kiosk edition of Porteus onto a Core 2 Duo Intel PC. Everything was going smoothly until I chose to test my home page setting. Whilst the Firefox browser did load the desired web page once it loaded I was unable to return to the installation. There does not appear to be any way of minimizing Firefox now that I am happy with the home page setting.

Furthermore I have tried to use ALT + TAB to jump between Firefox and the Porteus config screen however whilst the config screen is shown it is blank!

Is there any way of exiting the browser test and continuing with the installation or do I need to begin again?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hello Davo,

You could close the last tab and that would close the browser

Its fixed now

You could close the tab as explained above
