Dear Porteus team.
1.Firts i want to thank your greate jobs and your hard work to make something like Porteus KIosk.
2.I'm using your product but i have only one problem. Problem come from there that after every reboot i lost all my changes .
3.For example i'm using firefox to make Video presentation and also some advertising. All videos pictures and etc are save (cached). After reboot or power lost i have to download again view Firefox .
If there have any option to save all changes my porteus kiosk. I',m using now 3.4.0 ?

porteus desktop edition is good, not locked down like kiosk

unfortunately this wont be easy and persistence brings additional problem:
kiosk must be shutdown properly otherwise firefox profile may get corrupted/wiped leaving the kiosk in a broken state.
why not to use desktop edition for this task?

persistence is the last thing i would like to see in kiosk: its not really needed (except for very few cases) and brings security risk. i'm not going to post instructions how to enable it on a public forum.
if you do enable persistence then you are on your own - please do not report any bugs which are caused by it.
