Issue printing PDF files from ADP's Portal site

Hello fellow Porteus users!

We just started testing Porteus as an HR Kiosk where users can login and get their pay information. We have run into one snag that I have not been able to figure out. When our users login to their ADP account, the need to print out their pay statements, which are in PDF format. They can see the PDFs but when they try and print, noting is sent to the printer. But if we go to any of our other benefit sites, they can print pdfs successfully. It looks like they all use the same plugin for PDFs. Is there any way to change the plugin that Firefox users for PDF files?

Please try the demo I linked up here:

It has Adobe Reader integrated so if it works for you then I could create a custom kiosk build:

with this reader in place of internal firefox one.

Unfortunately I can't install a printer with that demo, so I can't verify it it prints correct. Is there a procedure I'm missing to install a printer with that demo?

sorry - forgot there is no wizard in demo.
please contact me on support@porteus-kiosk.org and provide your kiosk config then i'll prepare a testing ISO for you with Adobe Reader included.
