Probably, when i builded Porteus i established 100% for volume cheatcode. After update this volume cheatcode is not allowed?

I have another question. Porteus 3.1 does not have unrar?

it is allowed and should work correctly (will skip mic/boost channels which are producing noise).

we have 'unrar' only in Porteus as its opensourced. 'rar' is not free afair.
you can unpack but no pack rar archives by default.

Is there a timetable for the next official release of Porteus, including a new kernel?

We follow a Slackware release schedule. Slackware hasn't released anything since our last release of Porteus. When they move there is a possibility that we will move with them. The other possibility is that we change base to Manjaro and maintain a rolling release. In either case I am loath to give you any dates at this time while the direction is up in the air.
