I need to set the ldp setting as a specific user. lpd://<user>@<printer>/<queue> When I try this with the wizard I get file://dev/null for my printer connection setting in CUPS.
If I set the printer up with ldp://<printer>/<queue> the jobs make it to the print server but the Kiosk guest user is not authorized to print and that would be a concern to just let any account named guest print.
Is there a way to change the ldp settings? I don't know how to find/change the printers.conf.

Re: [Solved] CUPS lpd settings
Works beautifully. Thanks a ton.
In the Kiosk Wizard it is now possible to set an lpd string as ldp://<user>@<printer>/<queue> as of version 3.1.2
Tested with:
Porteus Kiosk version 3.1.2
Pharos print server
HP Laserjet 4250
