unfortunately opening pcmanfm-qt in su mode from guest session does not work for me. will check how guys resolved this in 3.0.1

Thanks. Comment out line 909 in /usr/share/themes/MediterraneanDarkest/gtk-2.0/gtkrc which is pertinent to xfce4-terminal.

Thanks. Going there, I just realized, gtkrc and all files in assets/ (that are: svg and png files) are set to 0775/-rwxrwxr-x

I think they not need to be executable?
I presume, it would be better to set them to "0644"

gnsu doesn't accept special characters (first or last character) for password prompt

Tome I just changed my password to use special characters for both first and last characters and it worked fine. It did lead me to find a rather large bug in the modified gnsu which I will patch. Thanks.

The KPatience module doesn't work. kpat-4.10.5-x86_64-bundle.xzm An entry in LXQt menu's Games but it doesn't work.

spaceFM's bookmarks can be used by PCManFM by copying the /home/guest/.config/spacefm/bookmarks file to /home/guest/.gtk-bookmarks.

PCManFM's Places includes an entry for Network which connects to network:/// and hangs. If no network an error msg stating such would be nice.

RajorQT's Home and System Desktop icons don't work LXQt.

Still unable to get FireFox to process Linksys router's Cisco Guest account signin password. Running FireFox with Add-ons Disabled no help. Changing the Guest Account's password no help. The signon works with 3.0's FireFox module.

Issues continue with the lid closed / reopened scenario.

we rely on upstream for this and Pat has probably a reason to think that this version of bash is enough

dont know how to code such message. adding samba should solve this but will also check how this problem is resolved in other distros.

we use pcmanfm in lxqt so you may edit /Desktop/*.desktop files and replace spacefm with it.

i really doubt it's related to firefox version. rather some firefox settings got messed up. try under opera/chrome and in case of success try firefox in 'always fresh' mode.

last time xscreensaver was not configured correctly:
I open the screensaver function, set the time for 5 mins, close the lid, and go aways for a couple of hours.
I return, open the lid, there is no screensaver running and the desktop is displayed.
so please try getting it to work first (make sure it launches after specified time).

The module, built with USM under 3.0.1 thus includes it's dependencies, works with 3.0.1.

duh Not a big deal for me, just letting you know other users who upgrade from RazorQT may run into this.

Ed_P please start kpatience from a terminal and report any error output.

Users should not think of the move to lxqt as an upgrade from razorqt. I wouldn't expect simply transferring settings from razorqt to lxqt to work in all (read most) cases.

Problem exists with Always Fresh mode of Porteus and FireFox Add-ons Disabled mode. I will try opera/chrome later. In AF mode at this point.

hmmmm An interesting point brokenman. I think the "QT" part of the names may lead some (me) to think that. Might be worth a brief blurb when the new release comes out.
