Have you reproduced this error on a second machine? I can't reproduce it under any circumstances.

I was able to reproduce (in 32-bit beta). Open Konqueror, and click on the left-hand side, the small red (?) icon towards the bottom, which says 'system' when you hover over it. If this is specific to version 1, it should be merged with the beta thread.

Thanks, will check it out. Just checked alpha and it is also the case ... just a bad path ... i might just remove the button.
This is a known KDE Trinity bug ... opening SYSTEM/SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION/PATHS shows incorrect path for Documents. The problem is when the correct path is entered it is reset at next try. WOrking on it.
