In Mate 3.0 how can I fix the icons In went into the Appearance and I check Theme and now I lost my icons in the menus. How can I fix it?
I just like Slackware because I think it teach you about Linux to build packages where Ubuntu is like Windows you just install programs you want.

You can also install some new icons sets, see:
http://gnome-look.org/?xcontentmode=120

Create a /root/.icons folder and drop the uncompressed icon pack into it.
