What do you mean by constructor kiosk?

unfortunately internet connection will still be required as wizard must be downloaded from the kiosk server. i want to be able to update the wizard and do bugfixing in realtime (i'm sure there will be some bugs to fix and improvements to implement) so internet access is a must.
