In trying to use wine I get these errors. Any solutions?

maybe no solution. this app isn't portable so first you should try install it from wine (instead of run) but is it not installed by your manufacturer?
You have mind and feelings. Be wise and clever.

Install this in place of or in addition to the compat32-libraries-3.0-x86_64-1sl.xzm module that I have?
The two wine modules that I have came from:
http://ponce.cc/porteus/x86_64/current/extras/ USM shows 3 different wine modules and no reference to 32bit compatibility. When attempting to run the game wine notes that it requires .net and downloads and installs something who's name escapes me. However whatever it is downloading is not being saved between boot ups.
tome wrote: but is it not installed by your manufacturer?
It is definitely installed by the manufacturer and owned by Microsoft so reinstalling is not an option.

Downloaded the file.
In spaceFM I dbl clicked on the file which created the folder p11-kit-compat32-0.16.4-x86_64-1compat32
In terminal mode I changed to the p11-kit-compat32-0.16.4-x86_64-1compat32 folder's /install/ folder
In terminal mode I ran the doinst.sh install script.
Code: Select all
root@porteus:/home/guest# cd /home/guest/Downloads/p11-kit-compat32-0.16.4-x86_64-1compat32/install

do not extract the package
you need installpkg
Code: Select all
root@porteus:/home/guest# installpkg p11-kit-compat32-0.16.4-x86_64-1compat32.txz
or txz2xzm convert
Code: Select all
root@porteus:/home/guest# txz2xzm p11-kit-compat32-0.16.4-x86_64-1compat32.txz p11-kit-compat32-0.16.4-x86_64-1compat32.xzm
and activate the module

Thanks Slaxmax but I've got other problems at the moment.
I do think I tried a txz2xzm command on the download and got an error which is why I took the route I did.

OK, I redownloaded the .txz file, ran txz2xzm, copied the resulting xzm module to my porteus/modules/ folder and activated it.
When I ran my wine script I got a prompt to install Wine Mono Installer which I did. And I got this:
Code: Select all
guest@porteus:~$ ./FreeCell.sh
wine: created the configuration directory '/home/guest/.wine'

After I rebooted and retried my script I got:

I do NOT understand the 1st error. My script makes no reference to c:\Windows\system32".
Code: Select all
#!/bin/sh
wine /mnt/sda3/"Program Files/Microsoft Games"/FreeCell/FreeCell.exe

message is clear to me:
Code: Select all
"Z:\\mnt\\sda3\\Program Files\\Microsoft Games\\FreeCell\\FreeCell.exe" not supported on this installation (x86_64 binary)
your wine is 32bit and can't run 64bit windows apps.
Please add [Solved] to your thread title if the solution was found.

Thanks guys.
I thought the two compat32 modules I added, p11-kit-compat32-0.16.4-x86-64-lcompat32 and compat32-libraries-3.0-x86_64-1sl, supported the running of 64-bit apps on 32-bit wine.
Here is the result of running a 32-bit Windows app under wine.

And FWIW there is no C:\\windows\\system32\\winemenubuilder.exe file on either my Windows 7 64-bit or Windows 7 32-bit systems.
