I tryed install kdiff3-9-97 and occurred the following error:
ERROR: could not detect a usable kconfig_compiler
How can i fix this?

are you trying to compile from sources?
i have seen this before and i'm sure it's about the way we are exporting headers/devel stuff to the devel module as reinstalling kdelibs solves this issue.
you can try two things:
a) boot to 'Always Fresh' and install kdelibs package from alien repo (it can break your desktop so Always Fresh is a must):
http://alien.slackbook.org/ktown/current/4.12.4/
then try to compile from sources again.
b) use precompiled kdiff3 from slackel repo:
http://pkgs.org/slackware-14.1/slackel- ... j.txz.html
