Please reproduce your error on a second machine before posting, and check the error by running without saved changes or extra modules (See FAQ No. 13, "How to report a bug"). For unstable Porteus versions (alpha, beta, rc) please use the relevant thread in our "Development" section.

Nice. Someone else actually uses lynx
I dare say that this will not be a priority as both it's (lynx) users probably also have a GUI browser. It is heavily PHP based and the eyecandy is probably not going to play nice with lynx. Mind you, my php coding is not so great so wait for someone else to confirm this.
How do i become super user?
Wear your underpants on the outside and put on a cape.
