How can I keep Porteus from identifying everything , my printer, ftp, conky and I don't know what else is identified as Porteus, I want it to have my name on it not Porteus, can any one tell me how to solve this?

Re: Porteus ID
Hi ralcocer
Let me guess, because I don't know what you mean with "identifying everything"
do you want to change the Hostname to make it look like ..@ralcocer instead of
..@porteus ?
If yes:
if 002-xorg.xzm is active then NetworkManager manages hostname,ip, dns, etc...
please change hostname in /etc/NetworkManager/NetworkManager.conf

Re: Porteus ID
Changing the config file worked, now how can I change the default Porteus image for modules, I want to identify my 3D-printer modules with my own modules, it is too much to ask but since nobody seems to care about my modules I want to identify them for my own system.
