Hi Slaxmax

Upgrade to 2.1 and use Virtualbox Builder from the KDE>Applications>System menu.

I am not sure this script exist in 2.0 or not.

But in 2.0, I am also using VirtualBox-4.2.6-porteus-v2.0-x86_64-1ftm.xzm

Thank you for reply

This module is the same as I said in the previous post.
I had several unknown erros in porteus 2.1. I use porteus 2.0 because I've done several modifications and know it works.

I had some problem trying to use virtualbox of the actual version of porteus. A detailed account of the procedure to build and then get to boot virtualbox with guest additions would be appreciated. Please specify the desktop you are using. :)

Sorry, I think I was off topic here. in the modules request. Forget about it. I will try anew and ask the question in another thread.

All right.

Virtualbox =@ everything .
Hardware specs: motherboard N68-s Asrock, Athlon II X3 425, 4GB DDR2. There's no problem in RAM tested with memtest.
Only qemu-kvm "works"fine.

@Slaxmax
this vbox module worked for me for months and never had any troubles with it. could you be more specific and describe what's wrong, provide logs, screenshots, something...
which desktop are you using? maybe the problem is specific to your hardware - could you try it on some other PC?

also - please test it without 'changes=', with empty /rootcopy and vbox as the only module present in /modules.
Please add [Solved] to your thread title if the solution was found.

I've tried everything and it does not work. Log is not generated because the system hangs completely.
Screen is scrambled only works the reset button :lol: .
