[Solved] Xubuntu V Porteus

Hi all,

I just want to let everyone know that I have use Slax in the past but it wouldn't print so I went to Xubuntu for years. Now I been with Porteus a little over a month now and it is a lot better then Xubuntu because of the size and speed and it dose print. I just like Slackware because I think it teach you about Linux to build packages where Ubuntu is like Windows you just install programs you want.

I have 32gb thumb drive and it is almost full with 18gb of Beatles vinyl 24 - 96 music it sound better any CD and after the remaster. And when I can I'm going to put there movie on it to some day. I do have 160gb USB Hard Drive I think I'm going to go to. And yes I'm a Beatles fan sorry if you don't like them.

Just keep it up and it can only get better.

Just my .02 cents I just wanted to share this.

It seems that the beatles are not only for the old folks!!

My 20 years old son, knows their songs by heart, almost all of them. And maybe better than I do. And both of us have seen McCarthney in the recent five years. As if you were there 45 years ago. 8) Then I was eleven.
