desktop menu -> system -> Virtualbox builder
this tool will let you create latest Vbox/vbox guest modules. ofc 05-devel.xzm is needed.

The /tmp/VirtualBox-4.2.16-porteus-v2.1-x86_64-1prt.xzm module which is 4KB in size only contain /etc/rc.d/init.d/rc.virtualbox

I have manual run the VirtualBox-4.2.16-86992-Linux_amd64.run file and build the xzm module.
Reboot my system and activate the virtualbox module. But received this warning:-

load. Please recompile the kernel module and install it by
sudo /etc/init.d/vboxdrv setup
You will not be able to start VMs until this problem is fixed.

just tried and got working module.
make sure you have 05-devel.xzm activated and internet connection (if not building from a local .run file).
