I was doing some ftp uploads and noticed that all my downloads were from root@porteus I also noticed that no matter what my hostname is, it always boots as Porteus, can I change that? , it seems like a global default. When The government cones knocking in, they will look for you

add 'hostname love_linux' to /etc/rc.d/rc.local and you should get 'root@love_linux' prompt.
