why post with same title is deleted? i hope to know the correct way to access all the repositorys, but
am never able to do so.

If your government is blocking mediafire then you can try proxy server or TOR. Anyway it's not worth the risk - IMO.
Which storage sites are accepted?
Maybe we could ask repo maintainers to migrate to one of them?
