Can I install applications offline?
If can how?
because I do not have internet connection so I had to go to the internet rental (in my country called "Warnet (Warung Internet)" to download a application

Downloads them (from a connected computer) onto your USB drive and activate them with Porteus by double clicking on them and don't forget to copy them into /porteus/modules to make them available on next boot.
