I have not found openvpn in a repository for Porteus V2 64 bit.
I think it would be very useful to have it.
It's in the network setting: VPN (it is in the package list)

I'm very happy with Porteus V2 64bit. It's fast and supports my hardware perfectly (Sony Vaio VPCEB2AFD).
