Porteus on NTFS partition
What are your experience with porteus on the same partition that windows occupy?

should be possible.
a) copy porteus to C: drive (optionally to a subfolder on C:)
b) do not run the installer but rather use grub4dos loader
c) if you copied to a subfolder then make sure you boot with 'from=subfolder_name' cheatcode
