It appears the rtlwifi rtl8192cu driver provided with 3.4.9 kernel doesn't work.
The main characteristic of the bug is that you're unable to connect to a WIFI router/hot spot.
This chipset can be found in lot of usb wifi dongle and of course .... i've got one !
Fortunately, Realteck provides its own driver whitch fully operates.
You need to blacklist the kernel one first and use the 8192cu ( new name ) one.
I've packed a 099-drivers.xzm. You can download it and add to your /base directory.
