Advanced Bash scripting manual available

Advanced Bash scripting manual available (version 6.5)
Edit: upgraded to version 6.6c

Puts the manual in the start menu for easy access. (in utilities I believe)
It has a reference card that is useful as well.

It requires a username and a password be entered.
