[HOWTO] Adobe Flash Player for Firefox

Go to http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
Select version to download: .tar.gz for Linux
Click on Download now
Save File
Save in Folder: Downloads
Start Konsole
Enter the following command and then restart Firefox:

tar -C /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins -xzf Downloads/install_flash_player_10_linux.tar.gz
