Hi,
I just tried to make my first package for Geany.
I used the Package Manager and used the SBo source. I convert it then as it has been set in the porteus/modules I just changed the chmod to 755 before activate it.
And ... it works perfectly.
Then please have pleasure with this realy great multi languages development editor.
Have a nice night.

Topic moved to general chat as "i486 xzm modules" section is for posting links to modules.
@Miguipda, glad this one worked for you out of the box! I started using geany as my primary text editor after I discovered a minor conflict between medit and Xfce -- I have been loving it ever since! Light and fast, with code highlighting and lots of features.
Cheers!

Re: Geany package from SBo to Porteus 1.2
Good to see the PPM succeeding with SBo sources. I'll do the same and stick geany on the repo. I'm using kwrite for scripts but i hate how it leaves ~backup files because i always end up with them in my modules and forget to remove them.
How do i become super user?
