hi !
porteus mount the root filesystem on ram.
my question: is it possible to mount root filesystem on a directory of the hard drive? /abc on /dev/sdb1 for example.
this idea is trying to have more and more space for the root filesystem.
root filesystem

Re: root filesystem
hi feng,
the only way of doing this is to use 'changes=/dev/sdb1/abc' cheatcode. root filesystem will have the same size as free space on /dev/sdb1 partition.
be aware that you wont be running 'Always Fresh' mode anymore.
