Module new category porteus in menu porteus.
I created a new category called porteus for porteus native software in Kde and Lxde, the rest of menu is the default without more changes,
if you like it and want to probe you can download below, only put the module into base or modules folder and no more.

Looks good.
The system menu is getting rather cluttered so i am all for merging or moving menu items there. If people prefer this menu we could go with it for final release. I think people would naturally look for network setup elsewhere, but all the rest seem to fit. Let's see how popular it is. Thanks for the contribution.

two days before releasing rc2 we have decided to drop current version of PSC in favor of gtkdialog version which is not ready yet.
hopefully will be for 1.2 final.
