1.6 LXQT World Clock (minor thing)

Post#1 by nanZor » 24 Sep 2024, 01:49

Just a tiny non-showstopper cosmetic thing in World Clock. Running 1.6 LXQT -current- and loving it.

Code: Select all

guest@porteux:~$ uname -a
Linux porteux 6.10.6-porteux #1 SMP PREEMPT_DYNAMIC Wed Aug 28 21:55:19 CEST 2024 x86_64 Intel(R) Celeron(R) 2955U @ 1.40GHz GenuineIntel GNU/Linux
The whole clock thing discussed elsewhere, but I simply wanted 12-hour time in the display.

Found that in Configure World Clock, most options are grayed out, and the Advanced Manual Format option is checked. When you UNcheck advanced manual format, you can now adjust the clock to your liking.

I think that's just a backwards logic cosmetic thing. Got me my 12-hour display. Almost too piddly for me to bring up really.

Thanks for providing the choice of Stable or Current iso's. PorteuX (and all the other in the family) rock!
That's a UNIX book - cool. -Garth
