thanks but i would say no.if you decide to include this in the dev module here it is
reason: we would have to do the same for git, cvs, mercurial, bazar and we dont have a space designated for them.
not often used by the users so it's better to keep them in the repo:

well I will refrase that if someone decides to use them
the two libs are still needed
apr and apr-utils you need more but this is the minimum for it to work
yes it could be an extra package for the repo
and I will check first whats offered in the link
so I dont double up on packages
