Here is a place for your projects which are not officially supported by the Porteus Team. For example: your own kernel patched with extra features; desktops not included in the standard ISO like Gnome; base modules that are different than the standard ISO, etc...

Xfce 4.18 is officially released and were we go with a brand new module
My overall impression hasn't changed since 4.18 pre2: the system is becoming slower and with more bugs. In my opinion, the only really nice feature is the undo/redo in thunar (file manager). The new search is OK, but the one we have in our module for years (i.e. mate search tool) is much better.
Let me know guys if you can replicate
this issue.

beny, you wrote you added lines, but the page you gave me tells that thunar crashes
when these lines are part of thunar.xml.
Or does it only crash in its version older than XFCE 4.18?
In other words: adding these lines in XFCE 4.18 works, but adding them e.g. in XFCE 4.12 or 4.16 doesn't work?
Cheers!

hi Rava well for the question you have to ask to fulalas that is involved in xfce development, but i think that 4.18 do not like it too much, but arch and slackware current, they changed version yet so....work in progress
and if you try to open the trash bin on desktop you have an input/output error but it open well into the thunar file manager, other desktop icon all work well...
