But I stuck with double tabs issue in simple-scan window - it haunts me

I'm pretty sure you will find while they look similar they do different things. The top ones relate to the app window, the row 2 ones relate to what is being displayed.

For me the solution is again as in Firefox:
Config Editor
mail.tabs.drawInTitlebar=false
or add above line in
distribution.ini

yep, it works.
But many apps looks by default is strange and each such application requires intervention, which is not good

@Blaze, go into about:config and set "toolkit.legacyUserProfileCustomizations.stylesheets" to "true". Now close your Firefox then go to /home/guest/.mozilla/firefox/[random-code].default-release/ and create 'chrome' folder. Inside it, create a text file named 'userChrome.css' and put this inside:
Code: Select all
.titlebar-buttonbox-container{ display:none }
This should be enough. I tested it and it works.

Mozilla Thunderbird is not have distribution.ini and only via config editor
by advice
AcnapyxoB I fixed it.
fulalas, thanks for another tweak
But as said
Majestic seems this issue of gtk+3-classic.
If look at the
https://mirrors.slackware.com/slackware ... e/l/gtk+3/
we have this options:
Code: Select all
# Configure, build, and install:
export CFLAGS="$SLKCFLAGS -DG_ENABLE_DEBUG -DG_DISABLE_CAST_CHECKS"
export CXXFLAGS="$SLKCFLAGS -DG_ENABLE_DEBUG -DG_DISABLE_CAST_CHECKS"
mkdir meson-build
cd meson-build
meson setup \
--prefix=/usr \
--libdir=lib${LIBDIRSUFFIX} \
--libexecdir=/usr/libexec \
--bindir=/usr/bin \
--sbindir=/usr/sbin \
--includedir=/usr/include \
--datadir=/usr/share \
--mandir=/usr/man \
--sysconfdir=/etc \
--localstatedir=/var \
--buildtype=release \
-Dman=true \
-Ddemos=true \
-Dgtk_doc=true \
-Dbroadway_backend=true \
-Dexamples=false \
-Dtests=false \
-Dinstalled_tests=false \
-Dwayland_backend=true \
.. || exit 1
"${NINJA:=ninja}" $NUMJOBS || exit 1
DESTDIR=$PKG $NINJA install || exit 1
cd ..
I will check it tomorrow.

Now it works for Cinnamon and LXDE in the gtk+3-classic, you need to add to /etc/profile, export GTK_CSD = 1

I think the problem you people face with .dat (obviously in windows fs) is that if the windows in not shutdown properly, then the drives are locked. Sometimes you don't have the access to that drive partition, or many other times you don't have write permissions. They will remain locked until-unless you don't boot windows and then shut it down properly.
