Cannot connect bluetooth Connection Failed: br-connection-profile-unavailable

How do I install libspa-0.2-bluetooth? Looks like its only available for debian and ubuntu

I still can't find any solution online that works, so if someone here have any idea that I might try, please kindly reply, your help will be much appreciated
