Whenever I boot the machine from an HDD it sounds like a crash.

This sentence tells me exactly nothing.
1) Please generate debug report in the wizard on affected machine, upload it to pastebin.com and post the link here.
2) Please create a video how kiosk boots so i could see where exactly the crash occurs.
If you fail to prove that the crash really happen then i'll assume you are a forum troll and delete your account.
