I am looking to install on an HP EliteOne 800 G2 all-in-one but it displays only on the top half of the screen.
Any help advice would be appreciated.

Hello macdivit,
You need to disable one video output, probably LVDS.
Wizard instructs for this in the 'screen settings' section.

Tried that but the was only one in the list so could not disable it.

In this case probably a kernel upgrade will be necessary if its latest GPU card e.g. UHD Graphics 630 (Coffeelake GT2).
You could generate debug report in the wizard and send it to
support@porteus-kiosk.org to confirm this.
