It would be nice even it will be only one way to save data to network, ftp or nfs, or something, which client size is not big

@Falcony,
You forgot the famous SSH..
It is more secure than FTP..there is a SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) but it is more easy for someone to setup a ssh access.
